Job Summary

Are you an experienced engineering leader with a passion for driving innovation and mentoring high-performing teams? We're seeking a Manager II, Process Engineering to lead and inspire a team of Engineers in delivering complex projects, capital plans, and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a strong track record of coaching and developing talent.

As a recognized expert in process engineering, you'll oversee the design, development, and implementation of advanced manufacturing systems and equipment. You'll play a critical role in shaping engineering strategy, optimizing processes, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across our Enterprise at Grande.
