Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Develop electrical conceptual designs and one-line diagrams
  • Design building lighting and power systems
  • Coordinate electrical scope with low voltage systems
  • Interface with external engineering teams, contractors, and vendors
  • Conduct photometric studies and preliminary coordination studies
  • Prepare documentation for Title 24 compliance
  • Support construction processes through a clear understanding of project flow

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field; PE license required
  • 5 or more years of experience in building electrical systems design
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Word, Excel, and Bluebeam
  • Experience with AGI32, ElumTools or Visual Lighting Software
  • Familiarity with eTAP and / or SKM for power systems analysis
  • Strong knowledge of NEC and local building codes
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • LEED accreditation is a plus
