Our property combines the amenities and comfort travelers expect from the Rodeway Inn brand with a boutique hotel experience in majestic Colonial Heights County.
As we move into our summer season, we are searching for a Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent to join our team of professionals. Our ideal candidate has a background in the hospitality industry, specifically, experience as a hotel Front Desk / Guest Services Agent . Working closely with the General Manager, our Front Desk Agent is the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest has a superior experience throughout their stay.

Job Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Manage room reservations (in-person, by phone, or online)
- Answer guest inquiries and resolve complaints
- Provide information about the hotel, services, and local attractions
- Handle billing and payment transactions
- Maintain front desk security and confidentiality
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
Successful Candidates Must :
Be at least 21 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior hotel front desk experience requiredProficient in English, additional languages a plusFamiliarity with reservation systems (e.g., Choice Advantage) is a plusBasic computer skills (email, MS Office, data entry)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysProfessional appearance and demeanorRequirements
