Technical Review Specialist

A company is looking for a Technical Review Specialist I to join their Technical Review team in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Review claims and invoices to ensure compliance with industry standards

Coordinate with adjusters and contractors to clarify deviations in completed work

Create estimates and summaries for claims settlements based on review findings

Required Qualifications

High school diploma / GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

Thorough knowledge of the company's products and services

Previous experience in a call center environment

Ability to work flexible hours during high volume and CAT events

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
