Regional Director, Environmental Health Consultants (Hayward)

As a Regional Director, youll oversee multiple offices, each led by a Local Director responsible for financial success, business development, technical expertise, and staff management. Your mission will be to empower these leaders, strengthen client relationships, and position our company as the go-to partner for environmental consulting solutions.

• Drive expansion Champion our entry into Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), opening new doors for services and clients.

• Shape the business Influence strategy at both the regional and corporate level, with direct impact on performance and market presence.

Compensation and Schedule :

This position qualifies for a sign-on bonus of $10,000. This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule with the requirement of working in the Hayward, CA office at least 3 days a week.

The Regional Director will act as the Director for the Hayward, CA office and also have supervisory responsibilities to the Local Directors in their assigned region. This role reports to the COO.
