In this role, you’ll wear multiple hats — from coordinating shipments and managing inventory, to assisting with accounting and supporting production operations.
Your work will help ensure every department stays connected, organized, and on track.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in creating order and efficiency. 🚀 What You’ll Do Administrative Support Keep teams organized with clear documentation, reports, and communications.
Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
Coordinate internal communications to ensure smooth information flow.
Shipping & Logistics Support domestic and international shipments from start to finish.
Prepare and verify all shipping documentation.
Work closely with carriers, freight partners, and customers to ensure timely delivery.
Inventory & Database Management Receive and record incoming inventory and materials.
Maintain accurate records into company database.
Collaborate with purchasing and production to maintain ideal inventory levels.
Production Support Assist with scheduling, documentation, and workflow coordination.
Contribute to process improvements and SOP updates.
Help drive efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Accounting & Finance Process vendor invoices and accounts payable in QuickBooks.
Assist with cost accounting and expense tracking.
Maintain organized accounting documentation for audits and compliance. 🧠What You Bring 2–4 years of experience in administrative, operations, or accounting support (manufacturing experience preferred).
Strong proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with database systems such as QuickBase is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
A team-focused mindset and a passion for improving processes. 🌟 Bonus Points Experience developing or refining standard operating procedures (SOPs).
