We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, full-time Commercial Property Assistant to assist our portfolio managers in managing multiple buildings in Los Angeles County. Essential Requirements

• Five years of hands-on building management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite-(Outlook, Excel, Word) and Yardi Voyager.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to : budget development, the preparation of common areas, maintenance reconciliations, willingness to understand building systems, perform AR and AP functions, and interact with vendors and tenants.
• Actively engaged in updating and maintaining a variety of spreadsheets, contributing to data accuracy.
