Unitech Builders is currently seeking experienced Property Preservation & Maintenance professionals to join our team and help manage a high volume of work across the state of Maine . We are looking for dedicated individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards in property care.
Based out of our Nevada office , Unitech Builders plays a vital role in ensuring the quality, safety, and upkeep of the properties we service. If you have experience in the property preservation industry and are looking to be part of a reliable and professional team, we welcome you to apply.

Requirements :
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- General understanding of material pricing
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently and promptly
- Strong communication skills, especially in maintaining consistent contact with the vendor manager
- Professional attitude and accountability on the job
- Knowledgeable about all safety requirements
Property Maintenance & Preservation Services
Secure all access points using appropriate locking mechanisms, including knob locks , deadbolts , lockboxes , and padlocks .
Perform complete winterization of the plumbing and mechanical systems to prevent cold weather damage.
Provide bi-weekly grass cutting and general landscaping services to maintain a clean and well-kept exterior.
Remove or trim trees, shrubs, vines , and overgrowth to improve visibility, safety, and curb appeal.
Remove all interior and exterior debris to maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free property environment.
Conduct monthly maid service , including general cleaning of interior spaces such as kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and common areas.
Board up or repair any broken or missing doors and windows to secure the property and prevent unauthorized access.
Take detailed interior and exterior photographs to accurately document the property’s current condition.
Damage Identification & Bid Submission
Inspect the property for any visible damages , capture supporting photos , and provide repair estimates (bids) as needed. About Unitech Builders :
