Minimum of 5 years' experience in processing and troubleshooting molding operations. Knowledge of molding processes and good manufacturing practices. Decisive leadership skills. Ability to foster a team-oriented environment.
Molding Supervisor - Graveyard Shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM)
Location : Santa Rosa, California, United States
Job Description
This position requires a candidate with molding experience to supervise and lead the molding team during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Support employee development, including counseling and motivation.
- Manage employee schedules, sick / vacation time, and job assignments.
- Identify and correct production inefficiencies.
- Ensure adherence to schedules to meet on-time delivery expectations.
- Maintain mold protection settings at the lowest pressure during production.
- Keep mold parting lines free of debris and properly maintained.
- Support IQMS activities and uphold ISO standards.
- Proactively seek system and process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
- Report and address safety issues promptly.
