  • Supervise all phases of construction for data center projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

    • \n

  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues during construction.

    • \n

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to project specifications.

    • \n

  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, reports, and updates.

    • \n

  • Lead on-site meetings to communicate expectations and address concerns.

    • \n

  • Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations.

    • \n

  • Foster a collaborative environment to achieve project goals effectively.

    A successful Senior Superintendent Data Centers should have : \n

    \n

  • Proven experience in construction management, particularly in data center projects.

    • \n

  • Must be comfortable living permanently in the project locations for the duration of the project. The GC will compensate you to return home once per month on the weekends

    • \n

  • Limited career moves, tenure is very important to this GC.

    • \n

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.

    • \n

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.

    • \n

  • A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

    • \n

  • Ability to problem-solve and handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.

    • \n \n

    This is a well-established general contractor specializing in the construction of data centers. Operating as a medium-sized organization, the company is known for its focus on delivering high-quality projects, particularly in the high tech mission critical sector.

  • Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000, based on experience and qualifications.

    • \n

  • Relocation package to get to the job site.

    • \n

  • 10% travel incentive paid out in addition to bi weekly paycheck

    • \n

  • $4,000+ monthly per diem / travel

    • \n

  • 6% 401k Match
