job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDesign and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs. Provide supervision, coaching, and professional support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians. Conduct caregiver training and family guidance sessions. Analyze and track client progress using data-driven methods. Lead team meetings to ensure collaboration and clinical consistency. Complete assessments, progress reports, and documentation accurately and on time. Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards and AutismCOE policies. Active BCBA certification in good standing (required). Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Collaborative mindset with a commitment to quality and ethical care. Base Salary : $85,000–$110,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications).
