About The Position

Must-Have :

• Proficiency in cardiovascular cases with a minimum of 3 years' experience
• EPIC experience required
• Ability to work in robotics, general, and other similar service lines when needed
• On-call requirement

Description :

You are being considered for a position in an area commonly affected by hurricanes.

The hurricane season will run from June 1 to November 30, but storms may occur outside this window.

Upon accepting an assignment and starting your role, your unit manager may assign you to an emergency team.

There will be an expectation to remain at the facility until after the storm passes or to be part of the relief team.

Specific details pertaining to any storm-related pay will be communicated as storm impacts vary.

You should apply only if you are comfortable with these expectations.

First-time travelers are not accepted for this position.

References from previous managers or supervisors will be required to start the contract.

Charge nurses are not acceptable for this role.

This position requires proficiency in circulating for various surgical cases.

It is also important to address any potential scheduling needs ahead of interviews.

Resources who previously worked in-house must have been separated from the system for one full year before returning.

NURSYS reports must be included with applications.

Make sure your NURSYS is updated within four weeks of submission.

Modules are billable and will take place during the first week of orientation.
