Our New York City office has an opening for an Architectural Project Manager to support our Healthcare sector.

Position Summary

In this role, you are responsible for managing all aspects of a project including all the project team members (in-house and out-of-house), schedule, budget, and quality of work product. The project manager is also responsible for the financial health of the project.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution and client expectations to adhere to budget, schedule, and scope.
• Develop, communicate, and update project plans including objectives, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
• Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables.
• Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare and communicate project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; identify the need for initial and supplemental project resources.
• Direct or coordinate activities of project personnel, vendors, and consultants.
• Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel.
• Schedule, facilitate, and document meetings with staff and clients related to the project.
• Monitor the performance of project team members, provide and document performance feedback, and participate in recruitment or selection of project personnel.
• Participate in the development and negotiation of the initial client contract as well as service change requests; initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans.
• Support business development initiatives by participating in the RFP process and interview process.
• Ensure complete and accurate client and project information is updated in Vision and shared with the project team.
• Oversee the collection of account receivables, review invoices, and draft and price service change requests.
• Ability to travel as projects require.

Compensation and Benefits

The suggested pay range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 USD.
