Senior Manager, New Products
Our Longmont, CO based client is seeking a Senior Manager, New Products to drive innovation and growth by launching new, custom printed products and related services. You’ll own the full product lifecycle— from discovery to launch—turning market opportunities into measurable business results.
In this role, you’ll be accountable for market research, product strategy, business cases, and cross-functional execution , ensuring every initiative ties to clear impact on revenue, costs, and the customer experience. You’ll lead with an agile, test-and-learn mindset , using data and rapid experimentation to validate assumptions and de-risk decisions.
As the owner of new product initiatives , you’ll operate with end-to-end accountability —setting goals, defining success metrics, and ensuring disciplined execution against timelines and budgets. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership, influencing company strategy while delivering results that expand our product portfolio and strengthen market leadership.

2-5+ years in management consulting, category management or new (physical) product innovation in eCommerce, Manufacturing, or Consumer industriesExperience defining strategies for successful new products, SKU management, and product lifecycle managementEntrepreneurial, agile, and thrive on ownership and accountabilityHighly analytical, with the ability to aggregate and distill insights across a wide range of data sourcesStrategic and commercial, with frameworks to identify and prioritize opportunitiesExceptional cross-functional project manager with strong execution drive and MVP instinctsOutstanding communicator who can influence across teams and levelsAdvanced proficiency in Excel; comfortable learning new BI and project management tools (Jira, Metabase, etc.)Call Notes :
