Paralegal - Family Law

A well-established law firm is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to join the team. The ideal candidate will be experienced, organized, and capable of supporting attorneys in all aspects of family law matters.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research.
• Prepare and review client files prior to attorney court appearances, hearings, trials, and / or mediations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence including interrogatories, subpoenas, and affidavits.
• Assist attorneys in organizing exhibits, preparing trial binders, client meetings, filing motions, and coordinating witnesses to ensure trial readiness.
• Interview clients and witnesses to gather relevant case information.
• Monitor and track court deadlines and filings.
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments and maintaining attorney calendars.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications And Experience

Job Type : Full-time

Schedule : Monday to Friday.
