Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team in Grand Rapids, MI.
The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for providing high-quality service and support to clients, acting as the primary point of contact for personal lines insurance needs. This role ensures effective communication between clients, carriers, and internal teams, while assisting with onboarding, servicing, and retaining accounts. The Account Manager will manage customer inquiries, resolve service issues, follow internal workflows, and contribute to the department's overall success through account rounding, mentorship, and a commitment to client satisfaction.
