Job Description

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects.
• Develop and track budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor coordination.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Lead project meetings and maintain thorough documentation.
• Drive project closeout and ensure client satisfaction.
