Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Advanced iOS Development : Deep expertise in Swift and Objective-C, with mastery of iOS SDK and Human Interface Guidelines.
  • Architectural Design Patterns : Strong grasp of scalable patterns like MVC, MVVM, and VIPER for maintainable codebases.
  • Cloud Integration : Experience integrating iOS apps with GCP services (e.g., GCS, Firebase, Cloud Functions).
  • Performance Optimization : Proven ability to optimize memory, battery usage, and app responsiveness.
  • Leadership & Collaboration : Skilled in conducting code reviews, and prescribing iOS best practices.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with other mobile platforms and cross-platform development.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in developing applications with a focus on accessibility and inclusive design.

    • Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Architecture & Design : Architect, design, and build scalable, secure, and efficient iOS applications.
  • Technical Leadership & Mentorship : Guide the iOS development team, providing technical mentorship and code reviews.
  • Code Quality & Standards : Establish and enforce coding standards and guidelines, and actively contribute to the codebase.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, UX / UI designers, and other engineers to define technical requirements.
  • Innovation & Trends : Keep up with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending their adoption.
  • Problem Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure the app's smooth operation.
  • Documentation : Create and maintain essential technical documentation for the architecture and codebase.
  • Deployment & Maintenance : Oversee and be responsible for the deployment of code across different environments.
