Job Summary :
The Pizza cook / Line cook is responsible for making pizzas, salads and starters. This role requires experience with duties such as inventory rotation, food preparation, cleanliness, customer service and teamwork. This position works closely with the front-of-house team to ensure all orders are consistently correct and that we are always exceeding guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
Inventory Rotation
- Ensure proper rotation of inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment
- Ensure the kitchen is adequately stocked and waste is minimized
Food Preparation
Prepare and present dishes following all recipes and presentation standardsEnsure all prep lists are completed in a timely mannerCleanliness
Maintain an organized and clean environmentFollow all cleaning procedures, schedules, and checklistsMaintain kitchen equipment, ensuring that it is in good working order and report any deficiencies promptlyFollow appropriate food handling procedures and standardsTeamwork
