Role : SAP TPM for Trade Management
Location : San Jose, CA- Hybrid
Duration : 6 Months Contract to hire

Job Description :
5+ years direct relevant experience
Responsibilities :
Lead the Trade and Transportation initiative from initial planning through full implementation.
Drive product selection, evaluate SAP core capabilities, and assess integration with trade and logistics processes.
Partner closely with business stakeholders to define roadmaps, requirements, and process improvements.
Oversee the design and configuration of SAP modules related to Trade Planning, Transportation, and Compliance.
Collaborate with the technical and functional teams to ensure end-to-end delivery and solution alignment.
Manage and coordinate with 3rd-party trade compliance vendors as needed.
Provide hands-on guidance in architecture and execution; not a pure coordination role.
Identify gaps in current SAP utilization and lead initiatives to expand functionality.
Support future build-out and enhancements on top of the SAP core solution.
Qualifications :
8+ years of experience in SAP Program or Project Management, ideally in Trade, Transportation, or Global Logistics.
Proven experience leading greenfield implementations or projects from inception to delivery.
Strong functional understanding of Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, and Trade Compliance processes.
Ability to translate business needs into SAP configurations and architecture.
Hands-on experience driving strategy and execution in complex, cross-functional environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
