Physical Therapy Assistant

Unit : SNF or Skilled Nursing Rehabilitation

Contract Duration : 13 weeks, starting ASAP

Job Summary

The Physical Therapist Assistant (“PTA”) provides quality care to all residents. Under the direction of a licensed physical therapist, the PTA evaluates and treats patients / residents, communicates with their families, physicians, and other health team members, and maintains all necessary documentation of services in the patient’s medical records.
