Job Description
Manage employee relations for a unionized employee population of 300+, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives in the manufacturing sector. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention programs to support organizational goals. Collaborate with department heads to identify and address workforce planning and development needs. Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and performance management processes. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll programs effectively and efficiently. Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with applicable regulations. Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters and best practices.
