Field Remote RN Case Manager

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Field / Remote RN Case Manager to fill multiple openings across Kansas with a nationally recognized healthcare organization.

Daily Responsibilities for RN Case Manager :

• Field based nurse to conduct phone / face to face interviews with members in the KS Medicaid Population inclusive of physical health assessments and screeners to help close gaps in care.
• Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
• Length : Contract until end of the year

Required Qualifications for RN Case Manager :

Prefer Field experience but not required

Benefits for the RN Case Manager :

Pay Details : $35.00 to $40.27 an hour depending on location experience
