Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across engineering, product, design, and data
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executives on role design and interview structure
Source candidates creatively and manage pipelines to ensure quality and velocity in searches
Required Qualifications
5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in both agency and in-house settings
Proven success in hiring software engineers and technical roles in SaaS or healthtech environments
Strong technical acumen to discuss programming languages and frameworks confidently
Experience filling challenging roles in competitive markets with a focus on speed and quality
Data-driven mindset to influence hiring decisions using pipeline health and market data
