Key Responsibilities :

Apply fertilizers and lawn treatments using professional-grade ride-on and spray equipment

Perform routine maintenance on equipment

Promote and upsell additional services in the field

Provide excellent customer service and communication

Maintain quality and productivity standards

Note : This position does not involve mowing or landscaping duties.

What Were Looking For :

Strong communication and customer service skills

Reliable, self-motivated, and professional demeanor

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate equipment safely

Willingness to learn and take feedback

At least 21 years old with a valid drivers license and clean driving record

Must pass a background check and drug test
