Provide superior, friendly service to all of our customers.

Project a positive attitude; smile and use welcoming body language.

Receive and distribute garments to the correct customers.

Perform cash transactions

Provide information sheets and obtain customer signatures for rugs, suede, leathers, and drapes.

Monitor the counter area / call office area for customer readiness.

Mark-in dry-cleaning, shirts, tailoring, rugs, households and other items.

De-tag, assemble and bag garments. File garments on racks.

Assist co-workers as needed.

Handle customer complaints and problems.

Minimum Education Required : High School / GED
