Job Summary
We are looking for Reliable Direct Support Professionals to join our team! You will be directly working with clients, following a one-on-one care plan onsite at one of our Residential Sites. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets our client needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior Home Health Care, Direct Support Professional or work as an Independent Provider with disabled persons is highly desired. Weekend availability is required for this role . Candidates that do not meet the below listed requirements are encouraged not to apply at this time.
Requirements
- Ability to work weekends (Required)
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Drivers license (Required)
- Valid and current vehicle insurance (Required)
- Proof of Vehicle Registration (Required)
- CPR certification (Training Resources Provided if not Certified)
- DSP accreditation certificate recognized by The Ohio DODD (Training Resources Provided if not Certified)
- Medication administration certificate recognized by The Ohio DODD (Training Resources Provided if not Certified)
- Ability to pass a background check
