Web Design Specialist - Any Nex-Tech Location

Nex-Tech is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Design Specialist to join our growing Nex-Tech Creative team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain modern, user-focused websites for both internal Nex-Tech initiatives and external clients. You'll combine visual creativity with technical expertise to deliver engaging, accessible, and high-performing websites that align with brand strategies and digital marketing goals. Success in this role requires a balance of strong design skills, clear communication, and the ability to work seamlessly with others in a collaborative, forward-moving environment.

What You'll Do :

• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to scope projects, set timelines, and deliver updates.
• Provide ongoing website support, updates, and training to internal teams and external clients.
• Design, develop, and maintain websites using responsive frameworks and modern design principles.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mobile-first user experiences using Figma.
• Apply best practices in UI / UX, accessibility (ADA / WCAG), SEO, and performance optimization.
• Conduct site audits, track analytics, and recommend improvements using tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Semrush.
