AFYA LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Field and In-house Sales Representative. This role involves promoting and selling kitchen equipment, kitchen supplies, and janitorial supplies to commercial clients, such as restaurants, hotels, and catering companies, both in the field and at our store.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS POSITION INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO :
- Be knowledgeable about restaurant packaging products, disposables, janitorial products and kitchen equipment.
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Answer questions about the products
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
- Collaborate with colleagues within Afya LLC
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet sales targets.
- Identify leads through research, networking, cold calling, and sales calls.
- Conduct area visits, product presentations, and direct sales activities.
- Assist customers in-store with product recommendations and purchases.
- Provide product recommendations, and quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Assist in online marketing and customer outreach initiatives.
- Make phone calls to generate sales and follow up on leads.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Prepare sales reports
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
1-5 years of relevant sales experience (experience in kitchen equipment or supplies is a plus).Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Attention to detail (Very important)Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and networkConfidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a saleCommunication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customersKnows basic cash register operations.Ability to deal with all food / beverage and janitorial service business owners regardless their backgrounds.Able to speak English fluently (bilingual candidate who speaks English, Vietnamese and / or Spanish is desirable)Must reside in the Bay AreaExcellent knowledge of MS OfficeFamiliarity with using marketing platforms along with ability to build productive business professional relationshipsAbility to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needsRelationship management skills and openness to feedbackWork schedule - 3x a week / 24 hours per week
