We're seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to ensure our state-of-the-art kitchens and onsite bakeries operate at peak performance. In this essential role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration systems, and HVAC equipment for our 9 million square foot campus. Your expertise will help prevent equipment failures, minimize downtime, and support the seamless operation of our world-class culinary team. If you take pride in precision, problem-solving, and keeping essential systems running smoothly, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial cooking equipment
• Install, calibrate, and optimize kitchen ventilation and appliance systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, refrigeration, gas, and electrical safety standards
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to resolve technical issues
