Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Bradenton, FL. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of legal tasks, including providing legal advice, conducting thorough legal research, and negotiating on behalf of clients. Day-to-day tasks will involve preparing legal documents, representing clients in court, and collaborating with senior attorneys on complex cases. The role requires a strong commitment to client service and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice to clients.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare legal documents and filings.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases.
  • Demonstrate strong commitment to client service and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Strong research skills and the ability to prepare comprehensive legal documents
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is a plus
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and an active state bar license
