Job Description :

Seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled care for adult patients in their homes. The OT will focus on rehabilitation, activities of daily living, patient / family education, and implementing individualized treatment plans for a variety of medical and post-surgical conditions. Visits are self-scheduled, with 6-8 skilled home visits per day. 🏡🩺

Required :

  • State Licensed OT 📝
  • BLS Certification
  • Minimum 1 year home health experience (2 preferred)
  • Skills : Adult OT, ADL training, Cardiac rehab, Edema massage, Feeding techniques, Splinting, TENS, Ultrasound, Orthopedics, Prosthetics / Orthotics, Standardized assessments, Joint mobilization, Home Exercise Programs, Lifting & transfers, Patient / Family education, Safety & injury prevention, Telephone communication, Billing & documentation
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle 🚗
  • COVID vaccination or approved exemption
  • Flu shot or declination with mandatory mask usage 😷
  • Able to work independently and manage home visits
