job_description.job_card.job_descriptionReceive blueprints, files, and documents to make CNC parts. Cut material for parts as needed. Read and understand basics of manufacturing blueprints. Machine part to the print. Work with a variety of calipers or micrometers. Work with a variety of tools and machinery in a safe capacity. Required : Read and understand blueprints. Become Tow Motor certified though IGS – must hold a valid driver’s license. At Least One year of CNC Machining Experience Strong attention to detail and mechanical / technical aptitude. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work safely with tools and equipment. Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years of age or older Dependability & accountability Organization & safety focus Attention to detail Mechanical / technical aptitude Wage based on experience for all positions. Schedule : Monday – Thursday, 3 : 00 PM – 1 : 00 AM (No Rotating Shifts!)
Wage : The posted wage for this position includes a $5.00 afternoon shift differential.

About the Role
We are seeking a CNC Router Operator to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for candidates with hands-on experience who enjoy working in a dynamic, manufacturing environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our parts meet strict quality standards. The primary purpose of this position is to produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a CNC Routing machine, and maintaining safety standards.
