Key Responsibilities
Accountable for growth targets, client health, and executing strategies to achieve revenue goals
Serve as an escalation point for client and delivery issues, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, advocating for team morale and career development
Required Qualifications
7+ years of success in sales and / or account management roles in Consulting Services, IT, or eCommerce Technology Sales
7+ years of experience managing a portfolio of clients
5+ years of experience in digital consulting across multiple verticals
Strong understanding of key technology components essential to modern companies
Foundational knowledge of the IMDA client industry and strong emotional intelligence (EQ)
