Job Title : Business Analyst
Position Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our full lifecycle Agile development team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between strategic business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate operational goals into actionable requirements and guide solution design processes that align with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to conduct thorough user needs assessments and document findings in accordance with departmental standards.
- Translate strategic and operational business needs into clear, actionable requirements for Agile development teams.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with business office staff through collaboration and teamwork.
- Partner with stakeholders to :
- Assess feasibility of proposed initiatives.
- Conduct impact analyses.
- Prioritize demands based on business value, strategic alignment, and resource constraints.
- Lead high-level requirements gathering sessions with customers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including :
- Cost estimates
- Business cases
- Use cases
- Test cases
- Functional and non-functional specifications
- Conduct comprehensive business needs assessments to inform solution design.
- Participate in the analysis of business and technology demands from ideation through project approval.
- Develop documentation to support funding decisions and ensure alignment across technical and customer-facing teams.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.Experience in preparing business cases and conducting feasibility and impact analyses.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and lifecycle development processes.
