About Our Client :

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a Senior Contracts Administrator role based in Denver. This position offers an opportunity to join a well-established and collaborative legal department where accuracy, organization, and teamwork are highly valued.

Job Description :

The Senior Contracts Administrator will manage the company’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, ensuring all contracts are accurately tracked, stored, and compliant with internal and external requirements. This individual will partner closely with the Legal team and other departments to maintain efficient workflows, accurate documentation, and adherence to policy standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and maintain the CLM platform, overseeing contract creation, review, approval, and execution processes.
  • Maintain a well-organized repository of all company agreements, amendments, and supporting documentation.
  • Track key dates and renewal timelines to ensure compliance with contract obligations.
  • Conduct periodic audits and update contract data for accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate across departments (Legal, Finance, and Procurement) to streamline contract procedures.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for staff on CLM system use and best practices.
  • Provide general support to legal staff, including research, contract drafting, and litigation tracking.
  • Contribute to process improvements and policy updates related to contract administration.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract administration or legal operations.
  • Proficiency with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work independently or collaboratively.
  • Additional Details :

  • Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
  • Work Model : Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
  • Assignment Type : Contract role (6–12 months) with potential for hire
  • Team Environment : Supportive, collaborative legal department with seven team members
