Looking for a Qualified LMHP-RS, LCSW, or LPC to perform supervision services for individuals and families. Must maintain a high quality clinical documentation that shall be completed in a timely manner, meeting all lincensure requirements.

Initial assessments must be performed in such way to assist with writing for each client's Individual Service Plan (ISP).

Clinical work must be guided by a comprehensive treatment plan, and program policies. Must stay in direct contact with staff and assist with individual service plan.

Notes are to be reviewed by the end of each work week, and other duties as assigned.

Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with adult and family issues,

Must have leadership and supervisory experience in the mental health field.

Will communicate and maintain appropriate clinical records for supervision purposes. In addition communication must be effective writing and orally.

You must have a license with the state of Virginia in one of the following requested applicant areas above, and meet VDBHDS / DMAS criteria.

Must obtain CPR / First aid / AED Certification as well as Tova. Or must be completed and obtained with in 14 ays of hire.

Fieldprint background check is required at the start of hire, this position is contracted

To include skills training and assistance in accessing and utilizing all services and supports available that are essential to meeting the needs identified in the ISP. This service will be provided in any safe setting as long as it addresses the consumer's needs.
