A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and evolve the architecture of a Snowflake-based data warehouse to support real-time analytics and compliance

Hire, train, and mentor a team of data engineers and analytics engineers while fostering a collaborative environment

Implement security and compliance measures across data processes, ensuring a zero trust data warehouse

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in data, including 5+ years with Snowflake and 2+ years in software engineering

Expertise in data storage strategies, CDC pipelines, and modern data orchestration patterns

Experience building secure and compliant data platforms (SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001; FedRAMP experience preferred)

4+ years of experience managing and developing data and analytics engineering teams

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
