  • Responsibilities

    As a Recruiter , You will :

  • Manage Recruitment Efforts : Facilitate the hiring process from job posting through offer acceptance, including sourcing, interviewing, screening, and presenting candidates.

  • Build Strong Relationships : Partner with regional leadership, hiring managers, internal employees, and external jobseekers to understand staffing needs and deliver results.

  • Leverage Data & Tools : Monitor and track recruiting data in the applicant tracking system (ATS); provide accurate reporting and respond to inquiries with urgency

  • Develop Talent Pipelines : Proactively source candidates using advanced search methods, digital talent communities, referrals, and professional networks

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or related field preferred

  • 2 + years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare , private sector or staffing agency experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems

  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
