Human Resources Coordinator

First Federal Savings Bank is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator.

The HR Coordinator is responsible for processing payroll, recruitment, new employee orientation, employee benefits, and other human resources duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following :

• Processes biweekly payroll including 401k deposits and tax payments.
• Makes quarterly tax payments.
• Performs all duties related to employee recruitment : screening resumes, phone and in-person interviews, and extending job offers.
• Posts job openings internally and externally.
• Maintains employee records in the iSolved HRM system.
• Conducts new employee orientation.
• Gathers needed information on new hires.
• Facilitates the administration of the 401k program and coordinates newly eligible employees.
• Prepares FMLA documents.
• Assists employees with benefit questions and enrollment.
• Compiles documents for termed employees.
• Coordinates the company-wide wellness program.
• Assembles monthly board packets.
• Maintains Viva Engage posts.
• Organizes Disney points and employee trips.
• Other duties as assigned.
