Role Overview :

We are seeking a career-oriented and highly motivated Operations & Business Development Associate to join our Nashville team. This hybrid role offers a unique blend of administrative, operational, and business development responsibilities , providing direct support to the Branch Manager, while coordinating with Miami HQ. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling both office operations and light sales / client development tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to grow within a dynamic, expanding office environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily office administration including scheduling, correspondence, records, and reporting.

Support operational tasks such as job file preparation, vendor and delivery coordination, and customer service .

Assist with proposals, client follow-ups, and sales support initiatives.

Act as the Branch Manager's primary point of support for Nashville operations while maintaining communication with Miami HQ.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline office and warehouse operations as the office grows.

Maintain a professional and collaborative presence , supporting multiple teams and priorities.

Qualifications & Skills :

3-5 years of experience in operations, administration, or sales / business development support.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities .

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Bilingual (English / Spanish) strongly preferred.

Self-motivated, able to work independently , and eager to take on increasing responsibilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment , supporting both administrative and business growth functions.
