Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Albuquerque, NM . This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through evaluation, treatment planning, and rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy techniques
  • Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise PT assistants and support staff
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, OSHA, and state regulations
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

    • Requirements

  • Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program (or equivalent)
  • Valid or eligible New Mexico PT license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
