Job Title : Manager Organizational Change Management, HR

Job ID : 25-10888

Location : Houston, TX (Hybrid)

Duration : 6 Months (W2, Temp-to-Hire)

Summary :

Seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager to lead HR transformation initiatives for a large enterprise. The role drives change strategies across HR functions including Talent, Total Rewards, HR Tech, and Communications to ensure adoption and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and execute change management strategies for HR programs.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to assess impacts and drive adoption.
  • Develop communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Support digital HR tool deployments (Oracle HCM, etc.).
  • Measure and report on adoption, readiness, and engagement.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in Change Management within HR transformation projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM or similar HR platforms.
  • Agile mindset, ability to handle multiple priorities.
