Key Responsibilities
Cultivate, solicit, and manage a portfolio of 60-80 prospective donors to achieve fundraising goals
Lead strategic discussions with prospective donors to align their philanthropic goals with organizational needs
Develop and recommend new strategies to enhance Principal Gifts fundraising efforts
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency required; Bachelor's degree preferred
8+ years of relevant work experience in principal gifts fundraising
Successful track record of principal gift solicitations in the $1M-$9.9M+ donor category
Experience soliciting and closing interdisciplinary, complex gifts
Mastery of virtual meeting platforms and Microsoft Office applications
