You'll work 1 : 1 with clients only - no group billingYou'll use top-tier clinical technology (PathTap) to guide care decisionsYou'll be part of a team that puts compassion, collaboration, and client dignity firstYour Role : Senior Therapist
You'll support our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and help create and implement life-changing treatment plans for our clients. This includes :
Assisting with assessments, data collection, and progress trackingImplementing individualized therapy sessions focused on meaningful skillsSupporting and training Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)Collaborating with caregivers to support family goalsCreating learning materials and ensuring a fun, engaging therapy experience✅ What You'll Need
A bachelor's degree (or expected within 6 months)RBT certification within 120 days of hire1,500 hours of training or supervised experience in behavior therapy for children with autismPhysical ability to lift / move up to 35 lbs. repeatedlyA passion for helping others and a commitment to ethical, compassionate careCompensation & Benefits
