A Different Kind of ABA Provider :

You'll work 1 : 1 with clients only - no group billing

You'll use top-tier clinical technology (PathTap) to guide care decisions

You'll be part of a team that puts compassion, collaboration, and client dignity first

Your Role : Senior Therapist

You'll support our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and help create and implement life-changing treatment plans for our clients. This includes :

Assisting with assessments, data collection, and progress tracking

Implementing individualized therapy sessions focused on meaningful skills

Supporting and training Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Collaborating with caregivers to support family goals

Creating learning materials and ensuring a fun, engaging therapy experience

✅ What You'll Need

A bachelor's degree (or expected within 6 months)

RBT certification within 120 days of hire

1,500 hours of training or supervised experience in behavior therapy for children with autism

Physical ability to lift / move up to 35 lbs. repeatedly

A passion for helping others and a commitment to ethical, compassionate care

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range : $22.29 - $28.92 / hr., based on your qualifications, skills, and experience.
