job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide professional facial and body treatments following spa protocols and best practices. Conduct patient consultations confidently, maintaining accurate and confidential client records. Actively promote spa treatments, packages, and promotions to enhance patient care and grow the practice. Perform front desk duties, including greeting patients, booking appointments, and managing inquiries. Support spa operations, including maintaining equipment, prepping treatment rooms, and adhering to sanitation protocols. Demonstrate product knowledge to recommend personalized skincare solutions. Address patient questions and concerns courteously, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint. Collaborate with management to address and communicate any occurrences requiring attention. Uphold a professional appearance and maintain a positive attitude, contributing to a high-quality work environment. Collaborate with our marketing team to bring patients to our medspa. Create content for social media that promotes our treatments and machines while following our branding image. Valid State Board of Cosmetology Esthetics License. Proven experience in esthetics. Ability to comply with state regulations and maintain high standards of patient care. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Overview :
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Aesthetician with a strong understanding of skincare and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn about the products and services we offer, effectively creating solutions to meet the needs of our patients. This role includes both clinical esthetician duties and front desk responsibilities, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.
