Licensed Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

Assist residents in performing tasks of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and meals to promote the highest level of emotional and physical well-being.

Obtain and record accurate Vital Signs as ordered under the supervision of LPN / RN.

Assist in promoting and maintaining home like environment for residents of the facility.

Assist residents in pursuing leisure activity.

Accurately document residents status and tasks completed in electronic medical record.

Monitor and report changes in resident physical, emotional and behavioral status to supervising RN / LPN

Collaborate and communicate to health care team to maximize quality of life for the residents receiving care.

Qualifications

Current NH LNA license required

Previous experience in Skilled Nursing Facility or other Long Term care setting preferred

Must pass background checks, health screens, and drug screen. Must be vaccinated against COVID-19.

Every other weekend and holiday rotation required for Full time and Part time staff members. Per Diem employees required to work hours in lines with facility per diem policy. Currently hiring 7am-7pm day 12 hour premium programs as well as 7pm-7am night premium shift programs. Will consider 8 hour shift applicants.

Rates up to $31 per hr
