Job Overview
The Branch Administrator will support multiple branches (Doral, 8th Street, South Miami, and Bird Road) and assist the Operations Coordinator in all branch operations, reporting directly to the Business Banking Manager. The role emphasizes operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch operations, including opening / closing, cash management, and adherence to bank policies.
- Supervise and mentor staff, conduct evaluations, and facilitate training and development.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to achieve branch goals and implement sales strategies.
- Support sales performance by setting targets and tracking progress.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations such as BSA, AML, FATCA, and others.
- Assist in strategic planning for market growth, product rollouts, and branch initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and motivate staff to meet performance and service standards.
- Hire, train, and evaluate employees to develop a cohesive team.
- Manage sales and business development activities to meet targets.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant banking regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).5-10 years of banking experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software.Experience with CRM tools and data analysis.Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.Additional Details
