Key Account Manager - Construction Equipment Rentals

  • Must have relative industry experience

HIGHLIGHTS

Location : Benicia, CA US 94510

Position Type : Direct Hire

Residency Status : US Citizen or Green Card Holder ONLY

Compensation :

  • Based on experience (Base annual salary between $65K–$90K + strong commission structure)
  • Company truck, cell phone, and laptop provided
  • Bonuses on a quarterly AND annual basis

    What You’ll Do :

  • Manage and grow key accounts within the construction equipment sector
  • Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and maintain high quality control standards
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Uphold the company's standard of excellence in all communications and client interactions

    • What You’ll Bring :

  • 3+ years of sales experience , ideally in construction equipment or related industries
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay focused and composed under pressure
  • A commitment to quality and professionalism—your work speaks for itself
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a drive to exceed expectations
