Field Service Technician I
Pay Rate $19.00 / hr
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM; overtime and afterhours required
Work Location : Columbia, MO 65203-Remote with travel to sites
Primary Responsibilities :
- Requires excellent customer service skills and note-taking ability
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and peripherals
- Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups
- Trains onsite employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures
- Orders and replaces parts as needed
- Determines and recommends products or services that best fit customers’ needs
- Printer and wide format printer experience preferred
- Follows instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions
